Lisa started her ministry here at OKC First in August, 1999. Lisa feels she is using the gifts God gave her to work with children. She counts it a blessing to share God’s love and help them understand His word. There is no greater joy than to see them receive God’s gift of salvation. Lisa loves to get creative juices flowing whether it is a Wednesday night program, musical or a special celebration. Lisa wants the children to have a sense that they belong here at OKC First.

Lisa is from Illinois where she graduated with a Associates Degree from Carl Sandburg College. She also attended Southern Nazarene University where she was first introduced to her husband Doug. They were married in November of 1987 and have three boys, Tyson, Dillon and Nolan, and a baby girl, Layne. Lisa enjoys caring for her family and spending time with them.
