Friendship with God is embodied in our commitment to prayer. We believe prayer to be the heartbeat of the life of the individual believer and the power of our life together as the gathered people of God. Our Prayer Ministry seeks to educate and involve as many as possible into this meaningful and ongoing effort to be in constant contact and conversation with God Himself.

We are an active missions church. We sent 6 teams to New Orleans in 2006 and 2007 in response to Hurricane Katrina, a team to Zambia, Africa in 2008 and 2009 and a medical team to Haiti in 2010. Our youth ministry is active in urban ministry mission trips in the United States and Canada, serving in Kansas City, Toronto and here in Oklahoma City. Future teams include Haiti (Spring Break 2010) and Zambia, Africa (summer of 2010). There is plenty of work and witness to do around the world - we don't just sit and home and talk about it... we go!

Our church participates in many ongoing efforts benefiting local and worldwide ministry efforts through Crisis Care Kits, Nazarene Child Sponsorship, Nazarene World Missions efforts and more.

This ministry includes two groups: one that designs the announcement slides on display before the worship service on Sunday mornings and one that runs the projectors and camera during the service. If you'd like to help, please contact Jason or Amy Ayers.
